Well, it's that time of year when the leaves are falling at a pace that seems impossible to keep up with.
This tree is brightest spot of color in our yard right now:
Even if you raked every day, it wouldn't be enough to keep the leaves from all of the trees cleaned up.
Despite the work they make, they really are quite pretty:
Here is a picture of an annoyed cat with a leaf hat on his head...
....which was placed there by his owner who thought it was funny:
Silliness.

A leaf hat for Dizzy. Maybe he would prefer one of those silly "bird" hats the ladies used to wear, at least he'd get something to eat and play with! Love T
I love silliness. The photos of the cat are charming. I'm sure the cat thought otherwise... that's how cats are. But, he looks like he was cooperating so he must have liked it a little.
Most of our leaves are still stuck to the trees, around the house. By Thursday, when we get this huge drop in temperature, they should all come barreling down.
Here's to rakes and leaf blowers.
